The short version: we collect what you type into a form so a licensed agent can follow up about your property. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to anything you did not ask for.
Last updated July 2026The valuation form asks for a property address, your name, a phone number, an email address, and roughly when you might sell. The listing-alert signup asks only for an email address. Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank details, or a credit report, and you should not send those by email either.
One purpose only: so a licensed agent at Treasure Bay Realty can prepare the valuation you asked for and follow up about it. That means a phone call or a text, an email with the written report attached, and, if you asked for listing alerts, an email when a new property hits the MLS. If you tell us you are not ready, the follow-up stops there.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or hand it to a lead-generation network, an iBuyer, a lender, or a home-services company. Your address does not appear publicly anywhere because you asked for a valuation, and asking for one does not put your home on the market.
Only the people needed to answer you: the agent, and the ordinary business tools that carry the message, such as the email provider and the form host. If you go on to list with us, information moves to the parties a real estate transaction requires, including the MLS, the title company, and any lender or inspector in your contract. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Valuation requests are kept while there is a reason to keep them, which is usually a few years, because owners often come back. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept as long as Florida real estate rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for anything a closed transaction obliges us to retain.
This site keeps one small note in your browser so the listing-alert prompt only ever appears once. If page analytics are added later, they will count visits, not identify visitors, and this page will be updated to say so before that happens.
Reply "stop" to a text, "unsubscribe" to an email, or say the word on the phone, and the contact ends. You can also ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time, by phone or by email.
A valuation from this site is a licensed agent's opinion of value, drawn from Stellar MLS data and the property details you provide. It is not a guaranteed appraisal, not a formal appraisal for lending, and not an offer to purchase. Treasure Bay Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage and an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.
